Each day we check the retail branch exchange rates for Euros and US Dollars for a transaction worth £600 at a Post Office branch and a Marks and Spencer's store to ensure we give you a better rate for your foreign currency. We will refund the difference between our rate as published on our website www.changegroup.co.uk and those at any of the above mentioned foreign currency retailers' branch locations subject to the conditions below. Please note no comparison with any retailer's online pricing is made and we do not promise to be the lowest priced online retailer of travel money.

The Change Group online best rate Terms & Conditions:

1. Our commitment only applies to rates offered by "The Change Group Online" referred to as TCG Online. This is restricted only to services offered exclusively by The Change Group over the internet on our www.changegroup.co.uk site and not services that we offer either in conjunction with any of our partner companies (including those hosted through www.changegroup.co.uk) or at our branches and other retail outlets.

2. Our commitment only applies to the currencies listed on our online ordering service on the "Business Day" you bought foreign currency from us. A "Business Day" is deemed to run for 24 hours from 10.30 a.m. This commitment is subject to you complying with The Change Group's Online Terms and Conditions and is not available in conjunction with any other offer.

3. The prices compared will only be the exchange rates (excluding any commissions, handling costs, credit card charges and delivery fees) offered by TCG Online and the above mentioned foreign currency retailers' branch rates on the same Business Day that you bought foreign currency from us. The rates compared must be rates offered to the general public and not those only available to staff, club members or other selected groups or individuals or any special price promotion or discounted rates.

4. The rates compared will not include any offers to buy back unspent foreign currency.

5. Our commitment is for holiday / business travel money only and not for speculation, investment or any other purpose. Accordingly this commitment only applies to orders of up to £1,500 per calendar month subject to a maximum refund per person over the life of the commitment of £50.

6. The commitment relates only to the exchange rate (excluding commission, handling costs and delivery fees) offered by the above mentioned foreign currency retailers who offer the price in the ordinary course of business of selling foreign exchange to holiday/business travelers in the UK.

7. Should you wish to take advantage of the TCG Online rate guarantee, we must be able to verify the rates you have been offered to our reasonable satisfaction.    We will only accept a quote from a branch of the above mentioned retailers.
   
   You will need to provide us with the following information:
   
   

   1. The total printed rate quote you obtained from TCG Online and confirmation of the times and dates you obtained the quote (if you have purchased currency in accordance with the quote, a copy of your TCG purchase confirmation should include this information);

   2. the name and address of the branch you obtained the quote from the alternative foreign currency retailer; and

   3. the rate offered to you by that retailer and confirmation of the times and dates you obtained the alternative quote (a copy of the alternative foreign currency retailer's quote should suffice). Please note this should be on the same business day the purchase was made from TCG.

   
   We will also need your name, address and telephone number. We will only use this information to provide you with your refund or to discuss your refund request with you. The Change Group will not share your personal information with third parties outside the TCG Group of companies. 8. This commitment will not apply if you have exercised your right to cancel your order. If you do not collect your order the online price promise will not be applicable The Change Group's Online Terms and Conditions relating to cancellation and non-collection continue to apply.

9. We monitor the total prices for travel money purchases for the competitors mentioned above on a daily basis, and offer the best rate guarantee for all currencies available on our www.changegroup.co.uk site.

10. Currently, our online price promise commitment only applies to TCG Online customers in the UK.

11. TCG may, at any time, withdraw this commitment in respect of purchases which have not already been made.
