Provision of Services
This service is being provided only to individuals who are aged 18 years or over and resident in the UK. This service should only be used by the registered cardholder making payment for ordering travel money and should not be used by any third party. This service shall not be used for any illegal, fraudulent, speculative or investment purposes.

Agreement
By using this service you hereby confirm the following:
i. You are 18 years or older, on the date of the transaction
ii. You are resident in the UK
iii. You will only use this service for purchasing foreign currency on your behalf for holiday or business travel
iv. You have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to comply with them
v. You also warrant that all the information provided by you is true and accurate in all respects
vi. You will not withhold any material information from us or seek to mislead us
vii. You also agree to provide us with any other information and to co-operate fully with us in the event of fraud.
viii. You will comply with all Anti –Money Laundering regulations
ix. You are the card holder used for making payment and the delivery address is the same as the billing address of the card used for making payment.
x. The transaction is for genuine and bonafide purposes only and is not in contravention of any law

Using this service
All customers must set up an account on our website, during this set up a full ID verification and checks will be made covering all KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti Money Laundering) regulations. Once this has been done the customers' will be sent an email so that they may activate their account and order their currency.
Each person is only entitled to open one account and The Change Group reserves the right to close the account of any customer who has opened multiple accounts in his or her name.
Your password should not be disclosed to any third party or to TCG. The customer is solely responsible for the security of his/her user name and password. Every person who identifies him/herself by entering the correct login email and password is assumed by The Change Group to be the rightful account holder/customer and all transactions where the login and password have been entered correctly will be regarded as valid.
We will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases. By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made. In performing these checks personal information provided by you may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of that information. You can rest assured that this is done only to confirm your identity, that a credit check is not performed and that your credit rating will be unaffected. All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
This service may be used to order foreign currency for home delivery or branch collection subject to a maximum of GBP 2500 when using Faster Payments option and GBP 800 when paying by card within a period of 30 days. (This may be amended periodically without any liability whatsoever). The minimum order value is £200. The availability of currency may be further subject to monetary limits, currency exchange restrictions and to customers complying with all relevant laws and regulations, especially those relating to Anti Money Laundering. Postal delivery charges are absolutely FREE.
This service may only be used by an individual once within thirty days. We will not deliver to business /charity/ organisation or work addresses and orders will only be accepted for delivery to the credit/debit card billing address used for making payment and addressed only to the card holder.
The exchange rates are subject to change and the exchange rate applied will be that quoted on the website at the time of the order.
The company reserves the right to supply the currency in any denomination, however we will endeavour to supply the most commonly used and accepted denominations.
Please note that we cannot guarantee that competitor rates shown on the website are up-to-date. If there are large rate fluctuations within a 24hour period we reserve the right to withdraw our “Best rate guarantee” as displayed on the website.
If you are using the internet banking payment option please note the rate will only be held for a maximum period of 30 minutes after the placing the order. Please note that if the funds are not transferred to our account within this period the order may be cancelled, with payment refunded after deducting any charges.
We reserve the right to request more information from you at any time to enable us to process and fulfil the order while complying with regulatory requirements.

Anti Money Laundering
TCG is a regulated bureau de change registered as a Money Service Business (MSB) as a bureau de change ,registration number 12117086. Any suspicious transactions will be reported to SOCA (Serious Organised Crime Agency). TCG will monitor all suspicious or unusual transactions regardless of size. TCG also reserves the right to request more information from the customer at any time.
We will comply with all Anti Money Laundering regulations and will disclose to the relevant authorities details of any suspicious/unusual transactions without prior notice to the customer.

Delivery
All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery with delivery before 1pm the next working day once confirmation of the transaction has been sent. All deliveries will be made only to the billing address of the debit/credit card used for payment. In case of internet banking payment please provide your home address for delivery. TCG will accept no liability if the address entered is wrong. The recipient will have to sign to accept delivery of all orders. In order to ensure delivery we recommend that you place your order three to four days before the required date.
Royal Mail can guarantee delivery of your order on a Saturday, for an additional fee of only £2.

Note: Our delivery schedule is for working/business days only. In case of a public holiday or bank holiday delivery will be delayed. (A Business Day: means from 9am – 5pm from Monday – Friday, with the exception of Bank holidays in England & Wales).
We will not be liable for any loses or expenses due to late delivery or non–delivery. Please note it is your responsibilty to be available to sign and accept delivery of your order. We will not accept any liability for fraudulent acts committed by a third party.
Customers must refuse to accept any damaged packages delivered by Royal Mail. We will not accept any responsibility for damaged packages.
Royal Mail will try to make delivery on the next working day as far as possible. However delivery to certain post codes mentioned in http://www.royalmail.com/specialdelivery maybe delayed. Please note that if your postcode is in this list delivery may be delayed.

Branch Collection
If you place an order for collection at one of our designated branches the order will be available for pick up 48 hours after the order has been placed. In order to collect at the weekend the order should have been placed before noon on the previous Thursday. (If payment is made using internet banking facility cleared funds must be in our account by noon on the previous Thursday).
While collecting your order please be sure to provide the following:
- Either a vaild passport or driver license
- The debit or credit card used for making payment
- The reference number of your order, as shown on the confirmation email you received from us.
Any orders, which you fail to collect within 48 hours
from the designated collection time, shall be bought back at the prevailing branch buy rate on the day and and processed following the procedures outlined in the cancellation and refunds section below.

Cancellation & Refunds
Once a client has entered into a contract with us and paid for their currency the order cannot be cancelled by the client without incurring a £50 or 10% administration fee (whichever is greater).
You have the option to cancel your order prior to dispatch, however if your order has already been dispatched by Royal Mail you will have to use our “Returns” service detailed in section 9 below.
In order to cancel your order you need to contact us as quickly as possible on our Customer Service number 0207 734 8620. The order will be refunded to the card used to process the transaction less the administration fee detailed above. This process may take up to 10 days depending on your card issuer. The delivery charge is non-refundable.
TCG reserves the right to cancel any order at anytime for any reason at our absolute discretion. If you are in breach of these terms and conditions you will be liable for any losses that we may incur in this regard. We may also retain any funds and details given to us if required by law/regulatory body etc. In the event of you cancelling your order before it is processed there may be a delay in releasing the funds back into your account by the card issuer, TCG has no control over this and we accept no liability.
Should any order be cancelled before being processed, your card issuer may suspend the funds on your card for up to 10 days. Please be advised that this is out of TCGs control and we hold no liability for such instances.

Returns
When you return to the UK you can change your unused foreign currency at any of our branches across the UK, commission free, upon production of the original transaction receipt (within the previous 30 days).

You can also use our “Returns” service by printing off this form and sending it along with your left over currency and the original receipt to us via registered post to the address given below. The Change Group will not be liable for any costs incurred for use of this service and postage will not be reimbursed.
The currency “Returns” service is subject to the prevailing rate of the exchange on the day the currency is received.

Buy Back
When buying your currency on our website we also offer a “Buy back” product. This can be purchased at the time of order for £3.50. This product entitles you to exchange any leftover currency at the same rate at which you brought is with no commission. This product can be used for up to 30 days from original order date.
On your return print this form and send this along with your left over currency and the original receipt to us via registered post to the following address. The Change Group will not be liable for any costs incurred for use of this service and postage will not be reimbursed.

Internet banking Payment Options for Current accounts in the UK.
You could make your payment via internet banking and your payment will reach us in a few hours if your bank uses faster payments service. In order to find out if you bank provides this service please click Faster Payments . We will dispatch your order the same day if we receive cleared funds into our account by 2pm.
In case you are unable to use faster payments it might take up to 3 working days for us to receive cleared funds into our account. Please note that the foreign currency amount ordered may vary depending on the exchange rate at the time we receive funds into our account.

All new customers choosing home delivery will receive a telephone call which will include security verification before the order can be processed and dispatched.
All our telephone calls are recorded for training and monitoring purposes.
A contract will only be entered into when a confirmation email is received by the beneficiary stating that payment has been received and accepted for the order. Please print a copy of this email or the confirmation screen for your records.
Cash Advance Fee
If your payment is made using a debit/credit card a fee may be charged by your card issuer as a cash advance fee in addition to interest if applicable. This charge is not levied by TCG and we do not accept any liability for these charges. In addition TCG may levy a charge for the use of Credit Cards.
All credit and debit card users will be subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. Credit cards will be processed using 3D Secure which is a payment verification protocol where the customer would be required to enter a PIN number. 3D Secure is branded as ‘Verified by Visa’ and ‘Master Card Secure Code’ to minimise card fraud. The PIN number will have to be set up with the issuing bank and should not be confused with the PIN issued along with the card.
We will not charge any commission on foreign currency orders but we may charge any other transfer fee or costs we may incur.

Exclusion of warranties and Limitation of Liability
TCG excludes itself from any and all liability, for any claim due to a customer, if the customer is in breach of the terms and conditions of this service. In any event the claim amount will be restricted to the amount of currency ordered. By using this service you confirm that this is the maximum amount of any claim that may be lodged against TCG.
TCG will not be liable to any customer for any losses suffered due to any action or inaction on the part of TCG resulting in loss of profits, indirect losses, business gains, savings, other costs or benefits that may be lost or incurred. TCG is not liable for the omissions or commissions of any third party involved in the transaction. All implied conditions and terms are excluded to the extent available under law.
TCG shall not be liable if we are unable to process any transaction or fulfil our obligations under these terms directly or indirectly due to the failure of any third party involved in the transaction.
All conditions, warranties and remedies imposed or implied by any applicable law are expressly excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Customers’ Liability
The customer shall keep TCG indemnified in respect of all costs, claims, and losses that we may incur in course of processing the customer’s order. The customer will be liable for and will indemnify TCG against all or any costs, losses or liabilities we may incur while processing or as a result of processing your order. This includes any costs, losses or liabilities we may incur with third party currency dealers, banks, payment processors or other institutions. We will claim interest on all overdue amounts at a rate of 4% over the rate at which our banks lend to us.

Variations of these Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions are subject to change from time to time without notice and TCG reserves the right to make these changes at any time without notice. Your continued use of this Service after these changes constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as modified.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and any disputes or claims arising in connection with them are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law.

Severability
If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid, then the remainder of the agreement will remain in effect.

Transferring this agreement
We may transfer our rights and duties under this agreement or we may arrange for any other person to carry out our rights and duties under this agreement. We may change the provider of the delivery service to any other person or organisation that we deem fit without prior notice or compensation.

Between the hours of 00:30 hours and 04:00 hours the site will run routine maintance updates which may prevent you from placing orders.
