Orders placed on 23rd December

If you place your order before 2pm we aim to have your order delivered on the 24th December (if you chose Saturday Guaranteed Delivery)

If you place your order after 2pm we aim to have your order delivered on the 29th December (If you chose Express Delivery)

Orders placed on 30th December

If you place your order before 2pm we aim to have your order delivered on the 31st December (If you chose for Saturday Guaranteed Delivery)

If you place your order after 2pm we aim to have your order delivered on the 4th January (If you chose Express Delivery)

Please be aware that external factors beyond our control (such as strikes, adverse weather conditions) are out of our control and may delay your order. If you chose the Free Super Saver Delivery we are unable to guarantee a delivery date and your order may arrive after the Christmas and New Year period.

Please note that Royal Mail will not deliver on the following days over the Christmas and New Year festive period.

ChangeGroup’s International Payments department will close for the Christmas holidays on Friday 23rd December at 2pm. The office will be closed during the festive period and will re-open again on Tuesday 3rd January 2012 at 9am. If you would like to make a payment before Christmas your instruction will need to be received and confirmed by 5pm on Thursday 22nd December.

If you were to use ChangeGroup for the same transaction, your acquisition would covert to £441,930 at a rate of 1.1314, saving your company a total of £7,144, which could then be used for future capital investments.

Example rates are accurate as of 28 March 2011 comparing a high street bank with ChangeGroup.

ChangeGroup’s International Payments service is simple to use and there are no additional costs when you open an account.

  1. Opening an account is simple and hassle free and you’re under no obligation to trade. Upon completing your application form, one of our account managers will contact you, to discuss your trading requirements.
  2. After you have submitted the application form and we have received the relevant documentation (in order to comply with anti–money laundering regulations and for your safety), you will receive an email to inform you when your account is activated. Upon activation, you can instantly start trading. By contacting your account manager you will receive indicative rates on the foreign exchange currencies of your choice.
  3. After you book a trade with us, you will receive a confirmation of your contract via email immediately. The contract note will outline where and when you need to transfer your funds into a dedicated client segregated ChangeGroup bank account.
  4. When we receive your cleared funds, we will transfer your money into your nominated beneficiary account.
